Founded Region 9 Safety Compliance in 2008 – right as the crash was about to gut Las Vegas construction. A generation of firms did not survive that decade. Region 9 did, and in 2024 Vegas Inc and the Nevada Contractors Association named it Professional Service Firm of the Year.

Eighteen years on, he still teaches. Most founders in this business stopped standing in front of a crew a decade ago. He didn't.
