Emergency

OSHA on your site right now? Injury, fatality or a stop-work order? Call the office – do not use the quote form.

(702) 867-1229

You do not have to be a Region 9 client to call. If you are one, call the office first and we will get someone moving while you are still on the phone.

Why this is urgent in Nevada

Four Nevada statutes require these cards

Nevada is one of very few states that makes safety training a matter of law rather than good practice. If your workers do not hold current cards, the statute directs you to suspend or terminate them.

NRS 618.950–618.990

Construction

Workers need OSHA 10. Anyone who hires, directs, or disciplines needs OSHA 30. Cards must be verifiable in the state database.

NAC 618

Convention & Trade Show

Installing, servicing, or dismantling exhibits and displays. A Las Vegas requirement that exists almost nowhere else.

AB 190

Entertainment

Rigging, scenery, props, wardrobe, audio, camera, lighting – live events, film, television, and sports. Satisfied by the general industry course.

NRS Chapter 55

Cannabis

General industry OSHA 10 and 30, employer-paid by statute. Escalating fines for non-compliance.

Days from hire to card in three of those four industries. State classes run on the state's calendar, at the state's location, with limited seats. We come to your site, on your shift, in English or Spanish, and we handle the database entry.

Also newly enforced: since April 2025, Nevada employers with more than ten employees must maintain a written heat illness job hazard analysis, a written prevention plan, and trained employees. Most employers have not built that paperwork yet. We write it.

Crew starting Monday and nobody has cards? That is the call we are built for.
